Welcome to Clay Verse Media. By accessing our website or working with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
Clay Verse Media (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides video-first content services, including brand story videos, testimonial systems, authority video production, video podcast production, and monthly video retainers. These Terms describe the rules and expectations for working with us.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Clay Verse Media offers:
Brand Story Video Production
Testimonial Video Systems
Service & Authority Videos
Video Podcast Production
Monthly Video Retainers (Authority Video System)
Communication & Content Strategy
Optional consulting or messaging support
All services are described in your proposal, invoice, or retainer agreement. We reserve the right to refine or update offerings.
3. Booking & Payments
3.1 Deposits
Most projects require a 50% deposit to secure your production date. Retainers require the first month’s payment upfront.
3.2 Payment Schedule
Project video work: 50% deposit + 50% upon delivery
Monthly retainers: billed monthly (in advance)
Podcast editing plans: billed monthly
On-demand editing: due before delivery
3.3 Late Payments
Payments more than 7 days late may incur:
project delays
late fees
paused service
3.4 Refunds
Due to the creative and scheduled nature of video production, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Scheduling & Production Policies
4.1 Rescheduling
To reschedule a filming day, we require 7 days’ notice.
Rescheduling inside this window may incur a fee.
4.2 Weather or Unforeseen Issues
If weather or emergencies impact filming, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
4.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
be on time
provide accurate information
secure filming locations or permissions
have all necessary team members present
review and approve scripts or prep materials
4.4 Revision Policy
Unless otherwise outlined in your proposal:
Videos include up to 2 rounds of revisions
Additional revisions may incur extra charges
5. Delivery & File Storage
5.1 Delivery Timeline
Typical timelines:
Brand videos: 2–4 weeks
Testimonial batches: 1–3 weeks
Podcast episodes: weekly or monthly depending on plan
Monthly retainers: delivered on a set schedule
Timelines begin after receiving all required assets, approvals, and payment.
5.2 Footage Storage
We store raw footage for 90 days, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Long-term storage is available upon request for an additional fee.
6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
6.1 Ownership of Final Videos
Upon final payment, you receive a license to use the delivered videos for your business marketing.
6.2 Ownership of Raw Footage
Raw footage remains the property of Clay Verse Media unless a buyout is purchased.
6.3 Promotional Usage
We may display your finished videos in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
6.4 Music & Licensed Assets
We use properly licensed music, fonts, and templates. These assets cannot be extracted or repurposed outside the delivered video.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Project Cancellations
Cancelling a scheduled project forfeits the deposit.
7.2 Retainer Cancellations
Monthly retainers require 30 days’ notice to cancel.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
lost revenue
business disruptions
consequential or incidental damages
delays caused by client inaction, weather, illness, or technical issues
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (below).
